Job Description
The Junior Digital Graphic Designer is responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of all digital assets for D'Genius Solutions. This includes carrying out direction from design leadership for all digital facets of the brand. This position requires a strong collaborative and explorative designer, with a hands-on approach to support multiple creative projects.
This role focuses on the creation, development, preparation, and execution of a wide variety of projects. Projects include paid media, email marketing, brand website design, brand app design, promotional marketing, and more.
The Junior Graphic Designer should have a great understanding of digital assets and web production techniques, as well as familiarity with digital best practices. Additionally, candidates should possess a passion for current and future trends in design and fashion.

Responsibilities
• Utilize creative innovation, digital techniques, and an understanding of the brand to execute designs for social media and corresponding digital platforms.
• Assist in maintaining brand standards, organization, and cohesion across seasonal and evergreen digital assets.
• Anticipate and participate by seeking opportunities, researching, being thoughtful to design trends and concepts, and helping expand the brand design point of view.
• Facilitate and promote collaboration with frequent and open communication.
• Utilize time management skills and organize files in a clean sharable manner.
• Assist in file preparation, file hand-off, setting up presentations, and work for reviews and other digital production requirements.
• Present ideas with clear communication of intention, offering several solutions.
• Work with team leads and project management to communicate project status and maintain priorities.
• Participate in a 2-3 day in-person work week to gain familiarity with the brand, position, and team.
Qualifications
• Proven aptitude for quick, creative, and adaptive thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, collaboration, and strong verbal etiquette.
• Ability to problem solve and follow art directions.
• Working knowledge and understanding of digital and web production.
• A basic or better understanding of motion/animation and other video media.
• Ability to work on multiple projects, at multiple timelines, while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and detail-oriented skills
• Possess 1-2 years of graphic design experience.
• Ability to respond to technical and creative feedback positively and constructively
