Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
• Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate our brand message.
Video Production:
• Utilize video editing tools to create engaging and professional videos for marketing campaigns.
• Bring creative ideas to the table for video content that enhances our brand image and engages our target audience.
Tool Proficiency:
• Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) for video production.
Brand Consistency:
• Ensure consistency in design elements and branding across all platforms and marketing materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand guidelines and contribute to brand development.
Adaptability:
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and timelines in a dynamic work environment.
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design and video production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including graphics and videos.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
• Understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
