Recognition Top things you will do in your role: - Designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software AI, PS, CorelDraw - Selecting colors, fonts, photographs, layouts and other design elements to communicate creative concepts as per the brand manual. - Designing and producing creative, varied and well-executed designs and graphics, many based on established branding marketing initiatives - Graphics will be developed for multiple needs including print, social media and web use - Artwork adaptations for the new developments’ products and revamping - Online Banner Image Treatment for all Portals - Online Set Image assembling for all Portals (Virtual Combo) - Online Banner and Product image revision for Shopify - Pre-Packed Set Box Design (Set product physical Box) - Social Media Activity Support in terms of design (like social shop or etc) - POSM designs adaptations - Develop and maintain all facets of each design development by following up with the vendors for sampling development. - Maintaining data for all the NPD sku's and the existing product portfolio - Follow up with sourcing team and vendors for sample development - Data management for all the design and packaging element i.e Barcode, sample cards, LSD's, KLD's Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic designer with strong portfolio - Worked on creative designing for other brands - highly prefer prior experience in the Beauty category with strong digital & ecommerce presence - Expert in using graphic design tools including design software AI, PS, CorelDraw - Great eye for colors, layouts, templates, photos to incorporate into design - Worked on AI files to manage artworks and has experience in packaging development - Experience with designing for digital assets as well as print, POSM, banners as needed - A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit - Extremely creative, passionate and has deep interest in Beauty Brands - Has positive outlook and works well under pressure - Excellent time management - High ownership, agility and thinking on-ground needed - Must be a team player with great interpersonal skills Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Application Question(s): - Have you ever worked for cosmetic/Beauty products graphic designing? - Are you fine with 6 days working at location of Wazirpur industrial area, Delhi ( Near pitampura) ?
