Position: Junior Graphic Designer
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
Location: Little Mount, Chennai
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
• Design and Layout: Create visually appealing designs for various mediums including print, digital, and social media.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, senior designers, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts and execute design projects.
• Revisions and Feedback: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and perfect design work.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
• Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Microsoft Office: Basic to intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Canva: Ability to use Canva for quick and efficient design tasks.
• Creative Thinking: Strong creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
• Communication: Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
• Education: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 6 months -1 year of experience in graphic design or a related role.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.
