We are now expanding our design team and looking for a passionate Junior Graphic Designer to support our growing client portfolio.
Role Overview:
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in crafting engaging visual content for digital ads and campaigns, websites, and social media platforms. You'll work closely with our senior designers, content creators, and digital marketers to bring ideas to life through impactful design.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, and e-mailers
• Assist in developing brand assets such as logos, brochures, presentations, and marketing material
• Edit and adapt visuals as per different platform requirements (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver designs aligned with the strategy
• Take creative input and improve designs based on feedback
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in the digital marketing space
Skills & Requirements:
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Basic knowledge of design principles – layout, color theory, typography
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills (academic/freelance work accepted)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Bonus Skills (Good to Have):
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Understanding of UI/UX basics and HTML/CSS
• Creative thinking and the ability to suggest original ideas
