You are required to
Work hybrid.
Have your Personal laptop for work. A laptop can be provided at the work location if they are willing to travel to work.
Salary: ₹ 1,80,000/- to ₹ 2,00,000/- per annum [in-hand]
About the company:
The Millet Company sells super-grains, rediscovers traditional farming techniques and brings a variety of naturally organic millets to your kitchen. It's a startup looking to expand into Millet production and its value added products, run by a small team working with different vendors, agents and clients and now looking to expand the team.
About the role:
The base for branding has already been setup. To move things further, this is a position for a brand designer who would build the brand ahead along with their own career. This will ideally be a 3 - 6 months contract with a month of probation. Although this would initially be a role which would demand mastering hard skills, if moved ahead, this will be more of a strategic role depending on the designer and the demands of the progress made by the brand.
This role are willing to give a substantial amount of time for designing and the work will be task based.

Follow brand design guidelines, visual communication for E-commerce
Improvise visual design, develop illustrations, use colour schemes for e-commerce.
Learn UI & UX for web-pages and website design, email design, photo editing, Infographics, and Iconography.
Design internal documents, presentations, guidelines, brochures, sales and other branding material
What should you necessarily bring along:
We will not check any qualifications as such and we are open to people from all fields who love design.
Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw (This will be the decision point)
Illustration design skills and Working on Adaptations
Your portfolio/CV would give us a little idea about yourself and your work.
A portfolio (or link of behance/instagram) of your previous work which mentions your would be contribution in the above mentioned role and what do you think the company needs from the eyes of design. (This can be integrated in the email itself)
InDesign (Will be a plus)
Photography, HTML, a portfolio, or attachment of some of your previous work will be a plus.
You are able to work independently & you are on forefront of the latest design trends.
