Junior Graphic Designer (with Admin & Customer Service Duties)

We are a growing leather accessory manufacturer serving the premium golf market. With a passion for craftsmanship and design, we specialise in creating bespoke, high-quality golf head covers that blend performance with style. As we expand, we’re looking for a versatile Junior Graphic Designer to join our team.
The Role
This is a unique hybrid role where creativity meets customer care. You'll support our design team by producing mockups, editing images, and preparing digital assets for print. You’ll also assist with admin tasks and handle customer inquiries—mostly via email—with a friendly, professional touch.
Responsibilities
Create and edit product mockups for custom golf head covers & accessories
Design marketing materials and social media graphics
Help maintain our design asset library
Respond to customer inquiries via email (mainly custom orders and design approvals)
Assist with order processing and admin tasks (e.g., updating spreadsheets, managing files)
Coordinate with production to ensure design accuracy and timelines
What We’re Looking For
Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Canva (or similar design tools)
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Organised and comfortable handling admin tasks
Positive attitude and a love for design, sports, or both
Experience with customer service (even informal) is a bonus
Interest in golf or golf fashion is a plus
