Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Hair Stylist/Assistant
As a Junior Hair Stylist you must know basic haircutting and styling technique. You will assist clients in achieving their desired looks and contribute to an overall positive experience at our salon.
Duties
Perform hair styling services including cuts, applying colors, and treatments under the guidance of Allan Parss.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation by following sanitation protocols.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering professional advice.
Requirements
Proven skills in hair styling techniques with a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Knowledge of retail sales practices is advantageous.
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the salon environment.
