We are seeking motivated and friendly Junior Hair Stylists, Braiders and Salon Assistants to join our dynamic salon team. Duties
Assist senior stylists with hair cutting, coloring, and styling services
Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive salon experience
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health standards
Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering professional advice
Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, and answering client inquiries
Support the team with retail sales efforts to promote salon products and services
Ensure the salon environment remains organized, clean, and inviting at all times
Shampoo clients
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques (training provided for specific skills)
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness
Enthusiastic about learning new skills and staying updated on current trends in hair fashion
Experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus but not required
Previous experience working at a front desk or in a customer-facing role is advantageous
A professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing our brand effectively
