We are looking for an energetic Junior HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a Junior HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist, it's your job to find the cream of the crop, you will be a huge asset to continuing our Company's growth path. In this role, You will work directly with our Engineering, Design, Strategy, and Business leaders to help us scale with precision. This is a full cycle recruiting role, meaning managing your entire pipeline from sourcing to procedural steps to driving feedback towards offer acceptance & onboarding the candidate

Role: Junior HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full Time

Office Hours: 11.00 AM to 8.00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Worktype: Work from Office

(Office is located in Raidurg, Opposite to KIMS Hospital, Hyderabad.)

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
• Assist in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities and events.
• Screening, Sourcing profiles and interviewing them.
• Conducting the interview Process, Salary Negotiation, taking approvals, preparing offer letters, doing reference checks, initiating background verification process, and doing pre-engagement until the candidate joins the organization.
• Conduct job analysis to understand the requirements and responsibilities of different roles within the organization.
• Create and update job descriptions to accurately reflect the duties and qualifications for various positions.
• Post job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
• Support HR administration tasks such as onboarding, employee records management, and HR policy implementation.
• Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
• Support the HR/Operations department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
• Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.

Day-to-day Responsibilities Include:

You can engage in daily HR tasks as required.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
• Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and match them with job requirements.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide candidates with information about the company and job details.
• Check references and perform background checks on selected candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates on their application status.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate interactions, interviews, and offers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop and refine the organization's talent acquisition strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:
• At least 1-3 years relevant experience.
• Candidate having a BBA or MBA with a focus on Human Resources or related fields.
• Strong interest in HR functions and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides. etc) and familiarity with Zoho software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and practices.
• Experience In Technology Hiring/Software Industry is Added Advantage
