We are looking for a versatile and organized Junior HR and Office Assistant to support our HR and administrative operations. This role offers a dynamic opportunity for an individual looking to build their skills in both human resources and office management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing communications (phone, email, and mail), and maintaining office files.
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Assist with tracking attendance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in audits or policy reviews.
Provide general support to other departments as needed.
