Job Summary:
The HR Associate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have some internship experience in HR, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others
succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes,
conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
● Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive
experience.
● Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
● Assist with employee engagement initiatives and activities.
● Participate in organizing company events and training sessions.
● Participate/Manage Job Fairs & Campus Hiring Events.
● Support HR administrative tasks, such as preparing HR documents, updating HR databases,
and managing HR systems.
● Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
