Job Description
Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure timely recruitment of staff.
Prepare and put up advertisements for job vacancies on Indeed, naukri.com, etc.
Liaise with Recruitment Agency for foreign workers recruitment
Prepare Letter of Offer/KET for shortlisted candidate
Inform and liaise with candidates to sign the Letter of Offer and to provide necessary documents, Bank Account, qualification certificates, testimonials, etc.
Arrange workplace, computer, office equipment/stationery, and PPE.
Create the new worker/staff information in the HR system
