Role and Responsibilities:
As a Junior HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team with various functions. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions. Promote a positive work environment and assist in resolving conflicts and issues.
HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Handle HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and employee files.
Performance Management: Support the performance review process by coordinating review schedules, collecting feedback, and assisting in the implementation of performance improvement plans.
Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops. Help identify training needs and opportunities for employee development.
Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events. Help plan and execute activities that foster a positive workplace culture.
Attendance and Leave Management: Attendance tracking system and ensure accurate recording of employee attendance. Manage leave requests, approvals, and maintain leave records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in HR roles, or in a similar capacity.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
