Role and Responsibilities:
As a Junior HR Executive at Makers Muse, you will play a vital role in supporting our Human Resources Dept. in various aspects of HR management and administration. This job offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced EdTech startup environment.
We are looking for someone who is creative mindset to approach challenges and convert them in opportunities.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Coordinate and participate in onboarding processes for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Support HR initiatives, including employee engagement programs and training sessions.
Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions.
Collaborate with the senior to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work culture.
Assist in various HR projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in Human Resource Department.
Preferred if worked in similar industry (STEM/Ed-tech)
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
