Junior Human Resource Executive
Job description
Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations: onboarding, attendance, and documentation
• Handle junior- to mid-level recruitment: screening CVs, calling candidates, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and HR Excel trackers
• Coordinate with departments for follow-ups and basic compliance
• Support in organizing HR activities and employee engagement (if applicable)
Requirements:
• 2–4 years experience in HR coordination & recruitment
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Good command of Excel, email writing & Google Sheets
• Calm, ethical and silent worker (no drama/gossip attitude)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
