Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our design team. You will assist in conceptualizing and developing interior design solutions for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. This role offers hands-on experience in all phases of the design process, from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design goals and client budgets.
Attend site visits, take measurements, and assist in preparing design documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants under supervision.
Support the senior design team in preparing client presentations and revisions.
Maintain project documentation and sample library.
Keep up with industry trends, materials, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in an interior design or architectural firm (internships included).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Strong eye for detail, color, space, and materials.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under supervision in a fast-paced environment.
