1. Prepare models/ designs/ layout of the project and ensure the design is finalized before handing over to execution.2. Experience in decorating interior spaces, consultations, innovations and space planning3. Experience in layout, colour, lighting, material selection, custom furniture and all installations.4. Preparing the detailed Quotation for the projects.5. Research and decide on materials and product sourcing.6. Should have skills that involve a blend of the interior to produce 3D rendering, animation, 3D walkthroughs7. Should be able to coordinate with various consultants and contractors.
