Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who has experience in Interior & Modular Industry. He/she should be capable of managing multiple sites. should be capable to demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Also should display an extraordinary work ethics and thrive under pressure.
The role and responsibilities include:-
1.Managing Residential, Commercial projects.
2. Excellent in Designing layout, preparing detailed drawings of modular furniture, 3DS & Presentations.
3. Should be able to take measurements in MM and must have knowledge of industry standards and finishes as per the industry.
4. leading client meetings & understanding their requirement, taking the sign off from the client on 2DS and 3DS also submitting the order to the manufacturing team.
6. Managing and organizing an on site team with quality check of the final product.
7.Meeting deadline with timely deliveries and on-site work completion of site.
8. Ability to plan, work and communicate the same to the contractors and site supervisor.
9. Regular site visit to monitor the project progress and prepare the report of the same to timely update the client.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
