Job Title: Junior Interior Designer Location: Mumbai, India Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills and the ability to manage multiple aspects of interior projects, including drafting plans, client coordination, contractor follow-ups, site supervision, material selection, and ordering. The role demands flexibility, multitasking, and a proactive approach to handling various project responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with clients, understand their vision, and provide design solutions. - Develop and draft interior design plans based on client requirements. - Follow up with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project execution. - Supervise on-site work to maintain quality, timelines, and adherence to design specifications. - Assist in budgeting, basic accounting, and tracking project expenses. - Source and order materials, ensuring timely procurement and delivery. - Conduct client meetings, present design concepts, and make necessary revisions. - Adapt to additional responsibilities as required to support project completion. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field. - Prior experience in interior design, project coordination, site supervision preferred. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization software, or related design tools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
