Job Summary:Nitesh Minocha Architects is an Architecture and Interior Design firm based in New Delhi. We're seeking passionate and motivated architects who possess sound technical skills and the ability to work in close collaboration with our studio team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling projects independently
• Making presentation drawings as well as detailed working drawings
• Making 3d models and renders
• Making design presentations with mood boards, color and material palettes
• Making estimates, BOQs and schedules
• Communicating and coordinating with clients, site teams, contractors, vendors and suppliers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from a recognised institute
• Experience of 1-2 years as an architect or interior architect
• Immediate joining is preferred
Software Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Good working knowledge of Revit, Sketchup (preferably with V-ray, Lumion, or other rendering software), Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and Excel
