Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Junior iOS Developer. The Junior iOS Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and debugging mobile applications for iOS platforms. The Junior iOS Developer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, and work closely with lead developers to ensure quality of design and code.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience developing mobile applications for iOS platforms
• Experience with Swift, iOS SDK, Xcode, and programming languages such as Objective-C, Java, and C++
• Experience with code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN
• Experience with RESTful web services and integrating with back-end services
• Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
• Experience with debugging, performance tuning and optimization, and testing frameworks such as XCTest or Quick/Nimble
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Android development and cross-platform development is a plus
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Experience with unit testing, automation, and continuous integration is a plus
