Job Description: Web Project Manager/Developer
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Project Manager/Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting multiple web-based projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various technologies and frameworks such as Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Struts, HTML, JavaScript, Hibernate, and Servlets. Knowledge and experience in deploying and configuring Java applications in servers like JBoss is also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support multiple web-based projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain web applications using Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Struts framework, HTML, JavaScript, Hibernate, and Servlets.
- Write efficient SQL and MySQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Utilize hands-on experience with Java 4+ and good knowledge of core Java and advanced Java concepts.
- Apply expertise in Object-Oriented Programming and understand concepts such as Collection Framework, Exception Handling, Memory Management, Multi-threading, and Synchronization.
- Work with frameworks like Struts 1.0 and 2.0 to develop robust web applications.
- Familiarity with Itext Interface and ZXing Interface.
- Proficient in JDBC and understanding of the lifecycle of a session.
- Strong knowledge of Hibernate and familiarity with Spring Boot is preferred.
- Experience in developing and consuming REST/SOAP web services.
- Familiarity with JSP, JSP elements, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in using Eclipse and Spring Tool Suite (STS).
- Knowledge of binary and character elements.
- Previous experience or knowledge in the healthcare domain is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and supporting web-based projects.
- Hands-on experience with Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Struts framework, HTML, JavaScript, Hibernate, and Servlets.
- Proficiency in writing SQL and MySQL queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Java 4+ and core Java concepts.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Collection Framework, Exception Handling, Memory Management, Multi-threading, and Synchronization.
- Experience with frameworks like Struts 1.0 and 2.0.
