We're currently partnering with a prestigious financial enterprise to engage a Junior Java Developer within their Regulatory Compliance division. What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the development and maintenance of Java-based applications within a compliance and governance framework.
Learning from senior developers and participating in solution design and system enhancements.
Contributing to Agile ceremonies and working across the full SDLC with strong mentorship.
Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and refine features.
What We're Looking For
2-3 years of experience in Java development within financial services or large enterprise environments.
Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and software engineering best practices.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset - your team will support your growth.
Bonus points for familiarity with Spring Boot, RESTful services, CI/CD pipelines, or working in Agile teams.
