Key Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate a variety of instructional strategies to promote active participation and critical thinking.
2. Utilize a variety of assessment tools and techniques to measure student understanding and progress, providing timely feedback to support growth and achievement.
3. Develop a positive environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.
4. Maintain accurate records of academic performance, attendance and other relevant data.
5. Generate and analyse reports to assess the effectiveness of academic programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
