Key responsibilities

Participating in meetings and discussions with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of legal processes and procedures related to real estate
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Real Estate Law, or related field
• Admission to the state bar association or relevant legal licensing body
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate legal advisory or a related role
• Proficiency in legal research methods and resources
• Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices
• Excellent drafting and reviewing skills for real estate contracts and agreements
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical recommendations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for negotiations and legal discussions
