Junior Legal Analyst /Paralegal - Contract Review and Data Cataloging
Duties And Responsibilities
• Review and analyze various types of contracts for completeness and key terms.
• Catalog data from contracts into a spreadsheet for use by various business teams.
• Prepare and modify legal documents as needed.
• Interface with Legal, Finance, and Business Units to perform tasks.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and understand assignments.
Qualifications
• A qualified law degree or 2-5 years’ experience as a paralegal or legal administrator.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and English language.
Essential Skills
• Experience with drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Familiarity with commercial contract provisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint), including navigation, search, sorting, filtering.
Additional Information
• This role will require a mixed shift with some onsite work required.
