1. Court Appearance: Conducting daily court appearances and representing clients in Civil & Criminal matters as well as matters related to real estate under RERA jurisdiction.
2. Management: Managing day-to-day documentation and legal affairs with precision and attention to detail.
4. Legal Research: Stay updated on civil, criminal and real estate laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely advice to clients and colleagues.
• Requirements:
- Law degree from an institution recognised by Bar Council of India.
- Bar admission with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Proven experience in daily court appearances.
- Strong organizational, documentation and communication skills.
- Having good command in conducting legal research.
• Responsibilities
- Attend daily court hearings and represent clients in Civil, Criminal & RERA-related matters.
- Oversee day-to-day legal documentation and manage legal affairs efficiently.
