The Role

As a Junior Lingerie Designer at Honey Birdette, you will play a crucial supporting role in bringing our exquisite collections to life. Working alongside our senior designers, you'll assist in transforming visionary designs into high-quality garments that reflect the elegance and allure of our brand.

This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for ******** apparel, and a drive to develop their design skills. Your contribution will help ensure that Honey Birdette continues to set the standard for impeccable quality and seductive appeal in the world of ******** fashion.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development Support – Assist the Senior Designer in developing lingerie and non-lingerie collections from concept to completion.

Project Ownership – Creatively support the non-lingerie projects from concept through to production, as directed.

Creative Contribution – Provide design input and technical sketches where requested.

Product Tracking – Maintain development trackers, ensuring timelines align with the critical path (CP).

Factory Collaboration – Build strong partnerships with manufacturers in Asia, ensuring production aligns with deadlines and quality standards.

Tech Packs & BOM – Prepare and update tech packs, BOMs, and bulk raw material confirmations throughout product development.

Fittings & Feedback – Attend fittings, take notes, contribute to discussions, and prepare fit comments under direction.

Approvals & Submissions – Review components, fabrics, and lab dips, ensuring timely reports and tracking approvals.

Trend Research & Store Visits – Stay up to date with fashion trends, create mood boards, and visit boutiques to gather product feedback.

Cross-Functional Support – Coordinate packaging requirements, assist on photoshoots, and engage in communication channels like Hive and WhatsApp.

Your Sweet Spots (About You)

High level of proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

Moderate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Degree or equivalent accredited course in Fashion/ Contour Fashion

2 years minimum experience in a Fashion industry role related to lingerie design/ fit tech

Print/Embroidery design advantageous
