To support, monitor HR Operations activities for DIAL & GAL like Payroll, Time Management.To ensure 100% Compliance of activities like Gratuity & Superannuation, PF Trust. Act as SPOC for Insurance Management. ( GMI,GTI,GPA & Super Top Up) and Employee Grievance. This position will also be a HR BP for departments like HR&FMS, QSD, and Corp Comm. SPG & CEO Office.

Final settlement process & verifying before release to employee.
PF Trust, Gratuity & Superannuation.
Documentation for NJ & Separated employees.
PF transfer / Loan
Gratuity & Superannuation claim submission to SSC – Compliance and ensure release of the same as per time lines.
Personal file maintenance,
GMR Airports Limited & DIAL
Coordinate for internal audits & ensures closure of audit points.
Outsourced Manpower.
Billing
