We are a fast paced, progressive National home renovation company looking for a highly motivated and organised Social Media content creator to join our team here on the beautiful Sunshine Coast (office is only five minutes from the beach).
Working in collaboration with our on the ground team of builders and corporate leadership group, we need someone with a creative flair and desire to learn all elements of the marketing space, with a focus on digital. You will assist and lead the day-to-day operations of the Smith and Sons brand within the digital ecosystem, create digital marketing content with a creative flair and manage / schedule the posting of content across key social media channels that appeals to our target demographic. You will also help organise and manage the departments marketing assets in addition to assisting in general admin requirements.
Key Responsibilities include:
Assist in managing the daily operations of our digital media platforms, organically growing brand awareness and traffic to corporate landing pages.
Collaborate with our franchisee builders to generate creative ideas for engaging and relevant social media content.
Collate and creating social media content from franchisee asset libraries and allowed online resources.
Auditing website pages, reviewing content.
Review analytics to monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Managing digital ad campaigns on Google and Meta.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
A creative individual with a strong interest in social media, content creation & digital design.
Confident and competent around Meta platforms, Tik Tok and their ability for targeted segmentation.
You’re able to communicate effectively with people of all ages & backgrounds and house a good sense of humor.
You’re highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and block out distractions to meet deadlines.
A self-starter that is resilient and passionate, with a constant enthusiasm to learn and discover.
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Mac operating systems.
A desire to remain with the company as we grow, with future opportunities to progress and grow with it.
