Job Title: Junior Marketing Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic
team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling social media marketing, creating content
calendars, ideating marketing strategies for books and the brand, and working closely with the
Marketing and Brand Manager on offline marketing initiatives and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing: Manage and execute the social media strategy across platforms,
focusing primarily on Instagram.
Content Creation: Develop and manage a content calendar, creating engaging and high-
quality content including posts, stories, and reels.
Research and Ideation: Stay updated with industry trends, book-related content, and social
media trends to create fresh and engaging ideas for book and brand marketing.
Collaboration with Graphic Designer: Work closely with the graphic designer to develop
visually appealing and on-brand content for posts, stories, and other social media collateral.
Book Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns for books,
focusing on increasing visibility and engagement.
Shooting and Editing: Shoot, edit, and produce content (including reels and short-form
videos) for social media platforms.
Offline Marketing and Events: Work closely with the Marketing and Brand Manager on
planning and executing offline marketing campaigns and events.
Engagement: Monitor social media engagement, interact with followers, and build a
community around our brand.
Skills Required:
Passion for Reading: A genuine love for books and reading is essential.
Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram,
and the ability to create engaging content.
Creativity: Must be innovative and proactive in ideating new campaigns and social media
strategies.
Content Creation Skills: Comfortable shooting and editing content, including videos and
reels, using mobile devices or professional equipment.
Collaboration: Ability to work closely with the team and external designers to create
cohesive, visually compelling marketing materials.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience or internship in marketing or content creation (particularly in the
publishing, books, or media industry).
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (like Canva or Photoshop) is a plus.
