Key Responsibilities:
• Assist withSales with preparing quotations and generating reports.
• Manage inquiries related to gifting, rewards, and incentive projects.
• Lead Generation: Reconnect with previous clients to explore new opportunities.
• Order Management: Collaborate with internal teams to address order-related concerns, including billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer record maintenance.
• Regular Reporting: Provide daily and weekly updates on progress.
Job Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proactive with the ability to work under pressure.
• Candidates residing in the western suburbs, particularly Andheri, are preferred.
