As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns. You’ll be working on a wide variety of tasks, from executing paid media strategies to enhancing our web presence and boosting inbound lead generation. We’re looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also a creative thinker who can deliver fresh ideas and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute PPC campaigns using Google Ads, ensuring optimal performance through Google Analytics.
• Managing and optimise Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads), LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid media channels.
• Analyse campaign performance and create actionable reports that drive results.
• Lead marketing activities across multiple channels, including social media, email campaigns, and events.
• Increase brand awareness and engagement through creative marketing initiatives.
• Drive inbound traffic and leads to support our retail stores.
• Grow and maintain our subscriber base.
• Collaborate with teams to optimise web design and user experience, ensuring high interactivity and functionality.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
• Strong knowledge of PPC platforms, including Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with social media advertising on Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing.
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience pulling reports and providing insights.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Understanding of marketing technology platforms and tools.
• The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
