Our company is seeking a Junior Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of buying, planning, and managing inventory for a variety of departments.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability
Create and manage seasonal plans, buying and assortment plans, and product lifecycle management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design and operations to ensure successful execution of plans
Manage and analyze inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels
Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and adjust plans accordingly
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in merchandising, or related field
Minimum of 1 years of experience in merchandising
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
