Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining responsive web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Work collaboratively with senior developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services into the application.
• Participate in daily standups and team meetings to track and discuss project progress.
• Troubleshoot bugs and implement solutions with guidance from team leads.
• Continuously learn and apply new tools, frameworks, and best practices in web development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on professional experience in MERN stack development (internship experience not counted).
• Proficient in JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.
• Basic experience with MongoDB and Express.js.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and deployment practices.
• Strong understanding of frontend fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design).
• Eagerness to learn, good problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
