An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Office Assistant / Receptionist to join our Parramatta office. Supporting the team, this full-time role is suited to candidates who enjoy the challenge of a busy work environment. Tasks will be varied and have you interacting with a variety of staff and clients daily.
Front reception management – including greeting clients, answering, managing and redirecting incoming phone enquires
ASIC Administration
PA Support
Management of incoming and outgoing correspondence
Client follow-up
Utilise accounting program and maintenance of records
Follow and update procedure guidelines
Administrative support & ad-hoc duties as required
Scanning, filing and documentation management
Some housekeeping duties
