We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Junior Officer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our company. As a Junior Officer, you will play a key role in canvassing and sourcing new customers, driving revenue through cross-selling products, and building strong customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in business development, customer relations, and financial services.
Responsibilities:
Canvass and source new customers to expand our gold loan business.
Generate revenue by cross-selling products such as debentures, insurance products, tour packages, and more.
Actively participate in various marketing activities to promote our services and attract potential customers.
Conduct gold appraisal to determine loan eligibility and ensure accurate valuation.
Collect interest payments from customers and maintain proper documentation.
Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Customer Relationship and Follow-up, Maintenance of important registers and daily reports
Requirements:
Graduate with 0-2 years of experience preferably in Banking/NBFC industry. Freshers can apply.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer relations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly gold loans.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
