About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
• Handling the backend work for institutional sales
• Organizing, managing & coordinating fulfillment of all B2B orders
• Ensuring correct documentation (POs & invoicing)
• Working on end-to-end coordination with the WH team, logistics team, products team & accounts department for on-time order dispatches
• Taking care of the billing part
• Ensuring & tracking on-time delivery of orders to the clients
• Managing the scheduling/rescheduling of delivery deadlines and confirming with the respective regions through an order tracking sheet
• Working on end to end co-ordination & follow-up with the sales team, WH team & logistics team
• Ensuring samples availability with the sales team for meetings
• Preparing reports like billing reports, tracking reports, escalation matrices, and product-wise sales reports
• Working on daily reporting of operational tasks
• Ensuring a high level of quality services within expenses controlled as per the budget assigned

Requirement & skills:
• Excel proficiency
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
• Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of operations planning
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
