Junior Operations Executive
This role is perfect for people who are meticulous and particular about following rules and operation processes, work in an efficient and timely manner, and thrive to make their work even more efficient every time they take up the same task.
Key Responsibilities:
● Carrying out the disbursement process on a daily basis.
● Preparing reports that explain the degree of risk involved in extending credit and strategizing ways to mitigate the risks.
● Carrying out credit underwriting for some partners.
● Executing, and monitoring processes to facilitate lending with adherence to new and existing guidelines and internal company policies.
● Interacting with the internal teams to provide solutions to lending partners in a coordinated and timely manner.
Key Requirements:
● 0-1 year of work experience. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
● Keen interest in the Fintech domain.
● Great communication and people skills.
● Ability to work hard and long hours on difficult problems and quick learning on the job.
● Highly organized through meticulous note-taking and ability to multitask.
● Willing to go outside your comfort zone and take new challenges in the company.

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
