Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Junior Flexcube Developer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Marathahalli, Bangalore. The candidate should have working knowledge of Oracle Flexcube Core Banking Solution and be capable of supporting enhancements, issue resolution, and customization of modules as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and customization of Oracle Flexcube Core Banking modules.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Work on Flexcube versions (Retail/Corporate), FLEXCUBE UBS, and related interfaces.
Perform issue analysis, bug fixing, testing, and deployment.
Maintain system configurations, technical documentation, and change logs.
Ensure compliance with internal coding standards and best practices.
Assist in production support and post-deployment validations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience working with Oracle Flexcube (Retail or Corporate).
Strong understanding of PL/SQL, Oracle DB, and basic scripting.
Knowledge of Java, SOAP/REST APIs, or Flexcube interface development is a plus.
Experience in Flexcube customizations, workflows, and reports.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Flexcube deployments for banks or NBFCs.
Exposure to Agile methodology and tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins.
Knowledge of banking domain processes and compliance standards.
