Bake11 Bento cakes are mini cakes, not more than four inches in diameter and come nestled in a takeout box. Our Cakes are pure Vegetarian(None of the cakes contains an egg). The Cakes weigh between 300-350 grams. The Bento cakes can be customized according to the occasion. People in Bangalore are sending these cakes as an expression of love, gratitude and even if they miss someone. The cake is the solution to all the emotional turmoil! We also make 600 Grams(Tall cakes), 1 Kg (XL Cakes) and Weddings (Tier cakes). The cake is frosted with American buttercream
Here are the roles and responsibilities for the role:
Roles:
• Assist senior pastry chefs in the creation of baked goods, including cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts.
• Prepare ingredients for recipes and recipes themselves, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Contribute to the development of new recipes and products that align with the company's brand and customer needs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the Bake11 team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the business.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to continue learning and improving skills.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake various types of cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts according to recipes and customer orders.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring that necessary ingredients and supplies are always on hand.
• Decorate and present baked goods in an aesthetically pleasing manner, adhering to company standards for quality and presentation.
• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure that baked goods are cooked to perfection.
• Keep the kitchen and workstations clean and organized at all times, adhering to strict sanitation standards.
• Continuously develop and improve pastry-making techniques and share knowledge with other team members.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the Bake11 brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
• Contribute to the social media and marketing efforts of Bake11, including taking and sharing photos of baked goods and participating in promotional events.
