Key Responsibilities:
Understand and document existing operational workflows.
Support process improvement initiatives under senior guidance.
Manage and recommend improvements for customized in-house software to increase efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and process optimization opportunities.
Prepare, organize, and analyze data using Excel for reporting and performance tracking.
Assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
Monitor KPIs and assist in preparing improvement reports.
Identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
MBA (Operations) fresher or early-career professional (0–2 years of experience).
Strong interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, etc.).
Basic understanding of Lean/Six Sigma concepts is a plus.
Quick learner, adaptable to customized software tools and AEC workflows.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a process excellence role.
