Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and validate product, pricing, and SKU data across internal systems and WRAP sites with a high level of accuracy
Maintain and organize product specifications, pricing files, and documentation to ensure consistency across platforms
Support product builds and updates by reviewing data for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with requirements
Perform regular audits to identify data discrepancies and correct errors
Track, organize, and report on product performance data using spreadsheets and internal tools
Assist with competitive research by gathering and summarizing data from external sources
Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for the product and leadership teams
Support new product launches by ensuring all product data and documentation are complete and accurate
Collaborate with development, QA, marketing, production, and design teams to support product updates and maintain a consistent user experience
Help manage timelines, documentation, and version control for product-related materials
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, operations, product support, marketing, or a related role
Proven ability to perform high-volume, detail-oriented data entry with strong accuracy
Strong organizational skills and comfort working with structured data and repetitive tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and data organization
Experience working with internal systems, databases, or content management tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in learning more about products, systems, and business processes over time
