Full job description
We're looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our product team shaping the future of legal tech. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their design career to grow their skills in a supportive, collaborative environment, while solving meaningful problems and helping legal professionals worldwide.
You'll work closely with a supportive team of Designers, Product Managers and Engineers based around the world. You’ll report to the Head of Design and work alongside a small, growing design team.

What You Will Do:
Design:
Create quick mockups to explore and communicate ideas
Craft quality UI designs
Assist in maintaining and expanding our design system
Produce interactive prototypes that bring our ideas to life
Collaboration
Work with Product Managers to understand product strategy and customer needs
Partner with Engineers to understand technical constraints and possibilities and ensure design quality
Support the Marketing team with design assets
Partner with other Designers on solution ideas, and participate in design reviews
Discovery
Join user research sessions and help analyze findings to inform design decisions
Learn to understand user behavior through user analytics tools
Map out user journeys and opportunities based on what we learn

Requirements
What you need to know and what will make you successful!
Experience:
0-2 years of design experience (including study or personal projects)
Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma
Portfolio demonstrating design process and problem-solving approach
Eagerness to learn, grow and contribute to a team
Good communicator who enjoys withing with others
Desirable:
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS)
