Job Description
As a product manager - platform experience and data quality, you will be a core driver of Rapidious' platform features and usability. This role is integral to ensuring that the platform functions seamlessly and provides users with unparalleled value. You will act as both a user advocate and data steward, helping to shape our platform while ensuring data accuracy and usability.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Platform User Advocate: Use the platform as if you were an RV dealership user. Simulate dealership tasks like inventory pricing, appraisals, and competitor comparisons to identify areas of improvement. Ensure workflows are intuitive and effective, recommending refinements to the team.
2. Data Stewardship Audit and cleanse datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency across the platform. Verify that dealer and inventory data aligns with market standards. Collaborate with the team to address discrepancies and improve data reliability.
3. Feedback and Insights - Test new features, documenting bugs and areas for improvement. Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders, using insights to inform platform enhancements.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the cofounder (based in the US) to align on product priorities and roadmap. Partner with developers to ensure timely and effective implementation of product updates.
5. Market Data Optimization Enhance lead lists for outbound marketing by curating and refining dealership and market datasets.
