2+ years of experience in Agile methodology
2+ years of experience in Card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, mobile technologies, digital payments, financial services or related
Experience in Core Payments, Fintech, Payments, or Financial Product Development
Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, including C-Suite
Ability to pivot to new priorities in a fast-paced market
Strong thought leadership/problem solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively, influence key stakeholders, and work across a matrixed environment

Compensation
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,+00.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
