As a Junior Production Artist, you are responsible for working on a variety of marketing collateral, such as floorplan and lot map brochures and web files, signage, sales centre displays, and print and digital campaigns in support of the visual brand.

Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with team members via Active Collab, email, phone, Microsoft Teams, and online meetings
Simplify home floorplans and lot maps using drafting files for marketing purposes
Build PDF and SVG files for final print or digital output
Create and update community maps, following a set style, for use online, in displays, and in brochures
Update existing artwork and design basic marketing layouts using templates or from scratch
Work independently while incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with art directors, copywriters, web developers, and marketing specialists
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a production role
Diploma in graphic design or a related field preferred
Experience producing maps, brochures, displays, signage, and online ads
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with and take directions from art directors
Excellent command of the English language
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, specializing in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat
Adept in prepress and print production, including die-cut display pieces
Comfortable using a workflow manager such as Active Collab
Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel
Flexible, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
Strong file management and organizational skills
Working knowledge of Adobe XD
Basic understanding of homebuilding or architectural drafting is considered an asset
Demonstrable production skills with portfolio pieces available upon request
