Role Overview:
You will be responsible for assisting senior engineers and production staff in day-to-day activities, supporting in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, and helping troubleshoot equipment issues. You will also be involved in installing and commissioning machines at customer sites, identifying and removing unnecessary items from the work area, classifying items, troubleshooting and resolving machine-related issues, and documenting FAT & SAT reports. Your curiosity to learn and attention to detail will be key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers and production staff in day-to-day activities
- Support in troubleshooting and resolving production issues
- Help troubleshoot equipment issues
- Install and commission machines at customer sites
- Identify and remove unnecessary items from the work area
- Classify items as needed, not needed, or unsure
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machines
- Daily Service Report and Daily Work report
- Machine Trials
- Perform FAT & SAT at Factory & Site
- Documentation of FAT & SAT reports
Qualification Required:
- BE/B TECH/DIPLOMA - Mechanical

You will need to have a very strong desire to learn new things about production supervising, delegation work to workers, following up with other departments, machine operation, and the ability to find solutions for complex difficulties. Your work location will be in person, and the schedule will be a day shift. You will be eligible for benefits such as Provident Fund and a yearly bonus.
