The Role:

As our Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading and delivering client-side projects across Canberra and the surrounding region. You’ll manage projects from early strategy and planning through to procurement, delivery and handover - all while representing the client’s interests and ensuring exceptional project outcomes.

You’ll be part of our growing ACT office, working closely with a Canberra-based team and supported by an experienced General Manager. You’ll also be connected to our broader Sydney team, providing additional depth, collaboration and expertise across projects.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with contractors, consultants, authorities and stakeholders at all levels to drive quality, governance and performance across the full project lifecycle.

You’ll be responsible for:

Project Leadership & Delivery

Managing multiple projects from inception through completion
Overseeing planning, procurement, programming, reporting and risk management
Maintaining strong governance, safety and quality standards
Stakeholder Management

Representing the client across all phases of delivery
Building positive working relationships with authorities, consultants and contractors
Continuous Improvement

Identifying opportunities for efficiency and best-practice delivery
Contributing to the growth and capability of the Canberra team
About You:

Your project delivery experience will see you bringing:

Experience in project management or construction delivery (ideally within the ACT region)
Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle
Demonstrated experience in one or more sectors: Social infrastructure, Sporting facilities, Residential, Commercial, Education, or Health
Confident communication and client-facing capability
Ability to manage consultants, contractors and complex stakeholder groups
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
